Forbidden Orders is a story-driven NSFW RPG focused on relationships, moral choices, and gradual corruption.
You play as Tom, a young engineer trying to build a stable life with his girlfriend Nora. Just as things begin to settle, a disease escapes from a nearby research facility - a virus that overtakes the human body and mind, leaving nothing behind, but obedience.
With their town overrun, Tom and Nora flee in search of safety. After months of hiding, they are taken in by a remote military base that offers shelter and protection. However, survival in this world comes with conditions. Tom is expected to work, comply, and contribute - and when he fails, Nora is expected to compensate.
Will the couple manage to endure together, or will the pressure of this new system slowly tear them apart?
(The game features no default RPGmaker combat. NTR is avoidable.)

Hi, tried it out for windows, I'm experiencing the same problem of the game being unplayable during supply runs, my specs are those of a toaster yeah, but I really didn't expect the game to need a lot.
I'll say that the game runs smoothly, animations and all, except during supply runs, no problems during the prologue at least, or at camp.

The widows edition runs well until you go to gather supplies, it runs super slow and choppy, almost unplayable! I tried different settings even completely cut out rendering and tearing scripts and ran it in its lowest performance, it still doesn't help! Not sure what the issue is! Lovely concept and the story is very engaging! Would like to see more!
Hmmm, could you please provide your specs? It might be hardware related. I'll try to improve performance anyhow :)
On Linux at least, the game crashes when trying to open up the items. It fails to load the "itemsBG.png". Anyway I or you can fix that?

Could I ask you to check if it's really "itemsBG.png" and not "itemBG.png"? If so, there's an s where it shouldn't be.
Yes, you are correct. The full error is:
Loading Error
Failed to load: img/system/itemBg.png
And then a Retry button, which doesn't help.
Send me a DM on discord if you can, I'm not on linux so I can't really test things. I'll make sure it's playable for you :)
